The current project proposal envisages the purchase of construction equipment - 1 new tracked excavator in order to increase the capacity of "Garabiyski 2012" Ltd. in the offer of construction services on the territory of Razlog Municipality. The investment in a tracked excavator at the amount of 264 033.00 BGN without VAT will provide excavation works on sites performed by the company. The purchased equipment will be stored in a garage for rent in a land plot with ID 61813.71.429, located in the town of Razlog, "Drumo" locality.
During the preparation of the project, 3 Requests for offer were prepared and addressed to companies, suppliers of construction equipment . After comparing of the received offers, the lowest price offered by "Euromarket Construction" Ltd was chosen to be set as a forecast of the investment costs in the application form and the business plan. Given the fact that the company applies for a grant of 74,07% of the project subsidy, after signing of a grant contract, "Garabiyski 2012" Ltd. intends to implement a procedure for the selection of a contractor with a public invitation under the Decree of the Council of Ministers No 160 / 2016 and according to the requirements of Article 50, paragraph 2 of the Law for the management of European structural funds and investment funds. The investment on the project will be realized with borrowed funds.

Закупуване на строителна техника - верижен багер: По проект "Закупуване на строителна техника" за нуждите на "Гарабийски 2012" ЕООД се предвижда запупуване на фабрично нов верижен багер за извършване на изкопни работи на територията на община Разлог. Това ще доведе до повишаване капацитета на "Гарабийски 2012" ЕООД в предлагането на строителни услуги, подобряване на конкурентоспособността на дружеството и създаване на устойчива заетост - разкриване на допълнителни 3 броя работни места. Инвестицията във верижен багер ще обезпечи извършването на изкопни работи на обектите, изпълнявани от фирмата. Закупената техника ще бъде съхранявана в гараж под наем в поземлен имот с идентификатор 61813.71.429, намиращ се в гр. Разлог, местността "Друмо".
При подготовка на проекта бяха изготвени и отправени 3 броя Запитване за оферта до фирми, доставчици на строителна техника. След съпоставяне на получените оферти, бе избрана най-ниска цена, която е заложена като прогнозна сума на инвестиционните разходи по проекта.
След одобрение на проектното предложение, "Гарабийски 2012" ЕООД ще проведе процедура - Избор с публична покана, за закупуване и доставка на фабрично нов верижен багер.
