The project proposal relates to the modernization of the equipment in an existing pastry factory in Simitly.
At the time of applying, the company is working, but the whole equipment is outdated and worn-out.
The machines that are being used are over 20 years old.
The company needs renewal in order to increase its competitiveness, facilitate the production process, reduce part of the production costs.
Purchase and installation of several larger machines and smaller durable assets, which are vital for the work in the bakery.
Specifically, the project includes the following: 1) Kneader; 2) Oven; 3) Vacuum machine; 4) Refrigerated commode; 5) additional assets - air ducts, transitions, suction and others; 6) worktable and work cabinets; 7) small inventory - tray pans and carts; 8) tables and chairs for the costumers.
The whole equipment is matched with the direct needs of investor for a modernization, the final output as quantity and type, all legislation in this area - NASSR, laws of BABH and others. The equipment is for professional use only. Meets the standards in its class.

Доставка и монтаж на оборудване: В проекта е заложена една осносна дейност, а именно доставка и монтаж на технологично оборудване съгласно технологичен проект и задание на инвеститора. Оборудването включва няколко по - големи и основни дълготрайни активи и допълнителни такива. Ще се следва технологичната последователност за монтиране и пускане в експлоатация на отдлените компоненти.
