This business plan is developed in order to prove the economic feasibility of purchasing and installing new fruit processing machines in order to automate production processes. With the commissioning of the new technological equipment, the quality of the manufactured product will be improved, the losses in the processing process will be reduced, which will reflect on the prime cost of the product. The current investment intention will be put into operation in January - March 2023.
