Improving the quality of life in the municipality of Dzhebel cannot be achieved only through economic recovery. In order to achieve real progress in terms of living standards, it is necessary to improve connectivity, to ensure better access to educational, social and health services, to build a quality living environment. Ensuring access to these services does not guarantee their quality, which justifies the need for investment in this direction.
Education in the municipality of Dzhebel is represented by preschools and general education schools.
Preschool education is carried out in kindergartens, which are full-time. The age of the children covered in the kindergartens is 3-6 years, and in the nursery groups it is from 2 to 3 years. Before the first grade, training in a preparatory group or in a preparatory class is mandatory. Kindergartens have a sufficient building stock, meeting the conditions for a comprehensive, quality and complete pedagogical process. In recent years, through the implementation of projects in some of them improvements have been made regarding the functionality and aesthetics of the material base. It is necessary to continue the modernization of the material and technical base, as well as the renewal of the material assets in order to attract more and more children in the kindergartens. These are the reasons for the education and modernization of educational institutions, incl. preschools, their planning and management to play a key role in municipal policies.
In this regard, the project envisages the purchase of new furniture for the needs of Kinder garden "Happy Childhood" and Kinder garden "Sunrise" in the town of Dzhebel in order to improve the conditions for providing quality educational services.

„Модернизиране на общинската образователна инфраструктура, чрез закупуване на ново обзавеждане за ДГ „Щастливо детство“ и ДГ „Изгрев“, гр. Джебел, община Джебел“: Реализирането на настоящия проект ще стартира след сключване на административен договор с ДФ „Земеделие“. Предвижда се провеждане на обществена поръчка за възлагане доставката на необходимото обзавеждане, предмет на инвестиция по настоящия проект, която ще бъде проведена съобразно изискванията на Закона за обществените поръчки и при съблюдаването на основните принципи за възлагането на поръчки на изпълнители: публичност и прозрачност, свободна и лоялна конкуренция, равнопоставеност и недопускане на дискриминация.
Предвижда се закупуване на ново обзавеждане за нуждите на ДГ „Щастливо детство“ и ДГ „Изгрев“ в гр. Джебел с цел подобряване на условията за предоставяне на качествени образователни услуги. В рамките на настоящия проект се предвижда и ползването на консултантски услуги по управление и отчитане на проекта. Основната цел е предоставянето на услуги по цялостното управление на проекта, неговото координиране и успешно реализиране, както и отчитането му в съответствие с изискванията на Програмата за развитие на селските райони 2014-2020 г.
