TThe applicant's farm is plant-based and is located on the land of the town of Koprivshtitsa, municipality of Koprivshtitsa. The farm has 14 properties with a total agricultural production area of 61,769 acres, for which the farmer has leases, and for two of the properties the contracts are multi-year notarized and entered in the Registry Agency. The property with an area of 7,024 decares planted 4,400 decares of potatoes and 1,2,000 decares of mowing meadows, the rest of the property is currently unfit for agricultural activities. A property of 3,775 acres is a meadow, and a third property of 1,987 acres is planted with 1,800 acres of potatoes, and the rest of the area does not allow agricultural production at the moment. During the period of implementation of the business plan, the applicant will undergo training in major environmental issues in the agricultural sector and will complete a specialized 150 hours training in the field of agriculture.
