It is planned to develop a farm in the area of wine vineyards. No increase in cultivated areas is foreseen. The implementation of the business plan will start in the first business year with training to acquire professional skills and competences in the field of agriculture. In addition, during the first business year, the candidate will also take a course related to the protection of environmental components. It is planned that in the second economic year, the farmer will purchase a meteorological station for the needs of the farm. It is planned to plant wine vines on the fallow land. Through the planned activities, a better adaptation of the agricultural holding to the market conditions will be carried out. The cost of production will decrease. Agriculture will become more competitive. The farmer will declare each year the areas cultivated by him for support under the direct payment schemes applicable to his farm and other support for which he is eligible.
