Stefan Georgiev Nikolov is registered as a farmer, natural person under Ordinance No. 3 of 29.01.1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers. He is engaged in raising bee families 125 in number at the moment. The hives used are from the Dadan Blat system. The farm is located in state-owned property with established right of use in the village of Grozdyovo, Dolni Chiflik municipality, Varna district. Stefan Nikolov is registered ET "Bilyana-Stefan Georgiev" UIC 103050810. Stefan Nikolov is married. His wife is not registered as a farmer and has no involvement in businesses. Bee families are reared organically. At this stage he does not practice mobile beekeeping. There is no manpower and does not envisage hiring until the end of the project implementation. The resulting production is sold wholesale and retail, for which there are production contracts.
