The municipality of Belovo applied with a project proposal "Rehabilitation of the roadway on Aleko Konstantinov St. in the city of Belovo".
The street is municipal public property with the type of territory - Urbanized and is located in land property 03592.502.69 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers, approved by Order RD -18-34/20.05.2011. of Ex. Director of AGKK.
The street subject to investment in the current project proposal is a main street in Razsadnika district, Belovo city, where 1000 residents of the city live. It is essential to restore road surfaces in good condition to ensure safe movement of people and vehicles.
The street is secondary and represents an object of the FIFTH category according to ZUT with load - "light" traffic". The current condition of the street is extremely unsatisfactory. The pavement is worn with longitudinal, transverse and net-like cracks, patches, holes, and in some sections it is destroyed. The pavement is in poor condition or missing in places. Horizontal marking erased, vertical signaling insufficient in poor condition.
Project activities include:
 Level milling, loading and removal of waste up to 5 km including all related costs;
 Delivery and laying of dense asphalt concrete type "A" (d= 5 cm.) ;
 First bitumen spill for connection;
 Execution of horizontal marking of white paint with reflective glass beads, including broken and continuous lines 0.10;
 Introduction and maintenance of VOD.
