The present project proposal aims at enhancing the quality of cultural services by modernizing the viewing hall of the "St. Kiril and Metodiy - 1891 ", Kubrat, Kubrat Municipality by supplying and installing modern ergonomic chairs for a visual room. The chairs will comply with the European standards for safe use and will be upholstered with a non-combustible fabric.
 Chitalishte "St.St. Kiril i Metodiy - 1891 ", Kubrat, Kubrat municipality, applied in 2017 under the rural development program, sub-measure 7.2" Investments in the creation, improvement or extension of all types of infrastructure from measure 7 "Basic services for renovation of the villages in the rural areas. "The Chitalishte was approved under the measure and on 19.10.2017 contract № 17/07/2/0/00860 / 19.10.2017 for grant was signed Project activities include:
1. Replacement of joinery.
2. thermal insulation on a roof.
3. Painting and finishing works on internal walls and ceilings.
4. Non-defense
5. Repair of floor coverings.
 Approved project activities include the repair of the auditorium and the dismantling of existing old and dampened chairs that do not meet the fire safety requirements.
This project will be completed after completion of Project № 17/07/2/0/00860 / 19.10.2017 and after the repair of the viewing room and the flooring in Chitalishte "St. Cyril and Methodius - 1891 ", town of Kubrat.
The chairs comply with the European standards for safe use and are upholstered with a non-combustible fabric.
