The main goal of the present project is the construction of production buildings for the expansion of the applicant's activity by introducing new products and technologies and increasing the competitiveness of his activity. The candidate for this project is a producer of certified organic foods (organic granola, organic biscuits, organic candies and organic vegan salami).The project aims to expand the current factory in Brestovitsa village, Rodopi municipality, Plovdiv district on its own land by building a new production building. Thus, capacity expansion will be achieved by enriching the assortment by implementing a new line for organic seed and nut bars (the equipment for which is not the subject of this project). Biostyle has been monitoring and researching the organic food market since 2010, following near trends and emerging trends in organic food production.In this regard, according to our latest marketing research, an increased demand for bars with new and innovative recipes based on seeds and nuts is expected within the next few years. The new production warehouse building for the production and processing of biofood has a built-up area of ​​646 m², and a warehouse for the storage of finished products with a total built-up area of ​​71 m² is planned for it, in which the applicant will store its own products, with the adjacent vertical layout with playground nets and landscaping.
