The investment policy of Ugarchin Municipality is approved by the Municipal Development Plan of Ugarchin Municipality for the period 2014-2020. In this regard, the construction of tourist infrastructure and activities to improve the information and advertising services of the region for the development of sustainable forms of tourism is among the priority activities of the local government.
The implementation of the project will satisfy the need to create a tourist information center, which will support the development of tourism, will diversify the stay of visitors and information provision for the opportunities for tourism, distribution of printed materials, use of the Internet and others.
The target groups of the project are local residents, children, youth, adults, disadvantaged people and visitors and guests of the municipality and the settlement.

Изграждане на туристически информационен център: Дейността предвижда изграждане на дървена къща с предназначение за туристически информационен център в с. Лесидрен. Къщата е преместваема и ще бъде изградена върху бетонна площадка. Дървената къща, предназначена за туристически център ще бъде с обща площ около 21 кв.м. Предвидено е обзавеждане и оборудване на новоизградената туристическа инфраструктура.
