"Djeni Ovo" Ldt is an agricultural producer that annually produces over 100 million stock eggs in two registered under Art. 137 of the ZVMD animal breeding facilities (3BG20113 with a capacity of 283,731 laying hens and 2BG0113 with a capacity of 101,478 laying hens). The investment proposal includes automated and computerized systems for packaging and palletizing the produced commodity eggs, thanks to which the entire process related to packaging and palletizing the produced eggs will be fully automated and controlled by a computer, and manual labor will be reduced to a minimum. This will improve working conditions and eliminate marriage in the packaging and palletizing of eggs. The packaging and palletizing technology lines use plastic shells, pallets and dividers that can be reused after washing, ending the daily generation of waste such as the disposable paper egg shells currently in use. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development and modernization of the applicant's agricultural holding and will improve all stages of the production activity. The implementation of the investment will guarantee a high degree of automation of production, improved working conditions and high productivity in the combined elimination of the daily generation of waste, which leads to the protection of the components of the environment.

Автоматизирани, компютъризирани и роботизирани технологични линии за пакетиране и палетизиране на яйца: Предвидените за закупуване автоматизирани и компютъризирани системи за пакетиране и палетизиране на яйца се характеризират с висока степен на автоматизация и енергийна ефективност. Благодарение на внедряването им в експлоатация целият процес, свързан с пакетиране и палетизиране на яйцата ще бъде автоматизиран и ще се управлява от компютър, а ръчния труд ще се сведе до абсолютен минимум. Системите работят точно с нужната, спрямо потока от яйца скорост, с което ще се постигне спестяване на енергия. С въвеждането им в експлоатация ще се прекрати генерирането на отпадъци (хартиени кори за еднократна употреба, използвани в момента), тъй като ще се използват пластмасови кори, палети и разделители, годни за многократна употреба след измиване.
