UMIS 2020

The Unified Management Information System for the EU structural instruments in Bulgaria (UMIS 2020) is designed to collect and process data for the following operational programmes, executed in Bulgaria for the period 2014-2020:

The system consists of several major modules. Right now you are in the Public module, which gives you the possibility to check the progress and results of the operational programmes execution for the period 2014 - 2020. The other modules are designed for the use of candidates, beneficiaries, programmes managing and monitoring units, audit and certifying authorities. Some of the functionalities of the other modules include - opening new calls, filling out application forms, evaluating project proposals, creating contracts, reporting and monitoring results.

The main purpose of UMIS2020 is to collect and process electronically all data regarding the execution of the operational programmes from the moment it is entered in the system, thus ensuring the data is effectively managed, accurately reported and verified. The system provides means to exchange information with European Union institutions; guarantees programmes, procedures, projects and contracts traceability; provides the opportunity for monitoring the performance by different criteria and indicators.

UMIS2020 is entirely web based and you need only a browser and internet connection in order to use it. The system is designed to run on mobile devices as well.
