The CLLD for the period up to 2027 of the LAG "Novi Pazar - Kaspichan" was developed within the framework of sub-measure 19.1 "Assistance for preparatory activities" after a survey and an analysis of the specific stakeholders and their needs in relation to the development and implementation of the CLLD Strategy. The CLLD of the LAG "Novi Pazar - Kaspichan" takes into account all limiting factors and weaknesses on the territory of the municipalities of Novi Pazar and Kaspichan and seeks a balance to impact on them by supporting the sectors relevant to the EAFRD policies. The implementation of the strategy will contribute to solving the problems on the territory of the LAG. The connection of the strategic framework of the CLLD strategy of the LAG "Novi Pazar - Kaspichan" with the municipal and regional policies for integrated and sustainable development is also reflected. The measures included in the SVOMR are aimed at utilizing the available opportunities on the territory of the LAG and satisfying the needs and requirements of the stakeholders identified during the conducted surveys, meetings and public discussions, after an assessment of the potential for implementation of projects under each measure. The measures eligible for inclusion in the SVOMR have been discussed in detail with the identified stakeholders and those that most fully meet the socio-economic characteristics of the territory, as well as the interests, desires and needs of the local community have been selected. The total number of stakeholders who attended the meetings, trainings and discussions and participated in the strategy development process is more than 250 representatives of the public, business and non-profit sectors.
