Description

Brief description 
СВОМР за периода до 2027 г. на МИГ „Нови пазар – Каспичан“ е разработена в рамките на подмярка 19.1 „Помощ за подготвителни дейности“ след проведено проучване и изготвен анализ на конкретните заинтересовани страни и техните потребности във връзка с разработването и прилагането на Стратегията за ВОМР. 
СВОМР на МИГ „Нови пазар – Каспичан“  отчита всички лимитиращи фактори и слаби страни на територията на общините Нови пазар и Каспичан и търси баланс за въздействие върху тях, чрез подпомагане на секторите, имащи отношение към политиките на ЕЗФРСР. Изпълнението на стратегията ще допринесе за решаването на проблемите на територията на МИГ. Отразена е и обвързаността на стратегическата рамка на стратегията за ВОМР на МИГ „Нови пазар – Каспичан“ с общинските и областните политики за интегрирано и устойчиво развитие. Мерките, включени в СВОМР, са насочени към оползотворяване на наличните възможности на територията на МИГ и удовлетворяване на нуждите и потребностите на заинтересованите страни, идентифицирани по време на проведените анкетни проучвания, срещи и обществени обсъждания, след извършена оценка на потенциала за изпълнение на проекти по всяка мярка. Допустимите за включване мерки в СВОМР са обсъдени подробно с идентифицираните заинтересовани страни и са избрани тези, които в най-пълна степен отговарят на социално-икономическите характеристики на територията, както и на интереса, желанията и потребностите на местната общност. Общият брой представители на заинтересовани страни, присъствали на срещите, обученията и обсъжданията, включили се процеса на разработване на стратегията е повече от 250 представители на публичния, стопанския и нестопански сектор.
