The project of Krasno Selo District is aimed at strengthening the administrative capacity of the staff involved in the management and implementation of projects under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2021–2027 Programme of the Republic of Bulgaria. The main objective is for employees to acquire and further develop the knowledge and practical skills necessary for the effective, lawful and transparent implementation of AMIF-funded activities.
Within the project, participation is envisaged in specialised trainings, workshops, seminars, study visits, exchanges of good practices and experience, and practical modules covering topics such as project cycle planning and management, financial management and reporting, monitoring and control, eligibility of expenditures, minimising the risk of irregularities, compliance with horizontal principles, and implementation of publicity and visibility measures. These activities will enhance the capacity of the staff and support the application of a high standard of effective implementation of the AMIF 2021–2027 Programme of the Republic of Bulgaria. A strong emphasis will be placed on the practical application of regulatory and programme requirements in order to ensure sustainable and result-oriented project implementation.
The implementation of the project will contribute to ensuring a good working environment and a motivated and skilled human resource, strengthening the organisational and expert capacity of the administration of Krasno Selo District, increasing the effectiveness of European funds management, and improving the quality of services provided. The expected result is a higher level of professional competence among staff and, consequently, more successful implementation of current and future AMIF-funded projects.

Обучения на служители: Ще бъдат проведени 2 бр. обучения за служителите на район "Красно село"-СО с цел повишаване на административния им капацитет за работа по проекти, финансирани от ФУМИ. Темите на обученията включват: кандидастване и управление на проекти, финансирани със средства от ЕС и по-конкретно Управление на проекти по ФУМИ, работа с ИСУН, мониторинг и контрол на проекти, финансово управление и контрол, видимост, прозрачност и комуникация по ЕС проекти, ЗОП, хоризонтални принципи на ЕС.
Ще бъдат обучени 12 служители по следните теми, свързани с процесите по планиране и изпълнение на проектни дейности, допустимост на разходите, финансово отчитане, ЗОП. Ще бъдат изготвени обучителни материали и сертификати.

управление на проекта: Дейността обхваща организацията, координацията и административното управление на проекта с цел осигуряване на ефективно изпълнение на планираните дейности и постигане на заложените резултати, планиране и организация на обучения за бенефициенти по Фонд „Убежище, миграция и интеграция“ (ФУМИ). Възнагражденията на екипа за управление на проекта са за сметка на непреките разходи.
