The project proposal of STS Holding Group aims to improve the energy efficiency of its production facilities through the implementation of modern energy-saving technologies. As a well-established Bulgarian cosmetics manufacturer, the company operates processes that require strict control of temperature and air exchange, as well as a reliable compressed air system for its production lines. The project foresees the delivery, installation, and commissioning of: - three recuperative units for heating, ventilation, and cooling – 2000 m³/h for the homogenizer room No.1, 4000 m³/h for the semi-finished products hall and homogenizer room No. 2; - two VRF/VRV heat pumps (28 kW and 22.4 kW), integrated with the recuperative units for higher seasonal efficiency; - one compressor with inverter control and dryer (37 kW), replacing the existing outdated equipment. The expected results of the project include: reduction of electricity costs by more than 5%; annual energy savings of approximately 120 MWh; reduction of CO₂ emissions by around 100–120 tons; and a healthier, safer working environment for employees. The investment is fully aligned with the priorities of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021–2027 and the DNSH principle, contributing to increased competitiveness, long-term sustainability, and the objectives of the European Green Deal.
