Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение на СТС Холдинг Груп е насочено към подобряване на енергийната ефективност на производствените мощности чрез внедряване на съвременни енергоспестяващи технологии. Компанията е утвърден производител на козметични продукти с дългогодишен опит, чиято дейност изисква поддържане на специфични микроклиматични условия в производствените помещения, както и надеждна система за сгъстен въздух за технологичните линии.

В рамките на проекта се предвижда доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация на:

- три рекуперативни блока за отопление, вентилация и охлаждане – 2000 m³/h за хомогенизаторно помещение №1, 4000 m³/h за зала за полуфабрикати и хомогенизаторно помещение №2;
- две термопомпи VRF/VRV система (28 kW и 22.4 kW), които ще бъдат интегрирани с рекуператорите за максимална сезонна ефективност;
- компресор с инверторно управление и изсушител (37 kW), който ще замени съществуващото остаряло оборудване.

Очакваните резултати от проекта са: намаляване на разходите за електроенергия с над 5%; редукция на емисиите на CO₂ с около 100–120 тона; създаване на по-здравословна и безопасна работна среда за персонала.

Инвестицията е в пълно съответствие с приоритетите на Програма „Конкурентоспособност и иновации в предприятията“ 2021–2027 и принципа DNSH, като допринася за конкурентоспособността на дружеството, повишаване на устойчивостта и постигането на целите на Европейската зелена сделка.
