The project envisages a 38.07 kWp rooftop photovoltaic system with 61.44 kWh high-voltage battery storage and a heat pump for self-consumption at PISAT-ENGINEERING Ltd.’s administrative and warehouse base in Stara Zagora, “Golesh” quarter. The site is the company’s permanent base; the firm designs, delivers, installs and services fire and life-safety systems, public address/EVAC, hotel and other low-current systems, which requires reliable and predictable power supply. bcc.bg +2 pissat.eu +2 The investment is behind-the-meter and aims to cover a substantial share of the daytime base load, increase the share of RES and reduce electricity purchased from the grid. Battery storage increases self-consumption and enables peak-shaving, while the heat pump improves building-system energy efficiency. Main activities: design; delivery and installation of PV modules, inverters, mounting structures and protection equipment; integration of high-voltage batteries with BMS and an Energy Management System (EMS); LV grid connection; testing, commissioning and staff training. Expected results: lower energy costs and carbon footprint; higher RES share in final consumption; improved energy independence and operational resilience of the base; full alignment with the scheme’s objectives on energy efficiency and renewables in enterprises.
