Brief description 
Проектът предвижда изграждане на покривна фотоволтаична система 38,07 kWp с високоволтово батерийно съхранение 61,44 kWh и термопомпа за собствено потребление в административно-складовата база на „ПИСАТ-ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ“ ООД в гр. Стара Загора, кв. Голеш. Обектът е постоянна база на дружеството, което извършва проектиране, доставка, изграждане и сервиз на системи за пожарна и животозащитна безопасност, оповестяване/EVAC, хотелски и други слаботокови системи, поради което се нуждае от стабилно и предвидимо електрозахранване.

Инвестицията е „зад електромера“ и цели покриване на съществена част от дневното базово натоварване, увеличаване на дела на енергията от ВЕИ и ограничаване на покупките от мрежата. Батерийното съхранение повишава степента на собствено усвояване и позволява изглаждане на пиковете (peak-shaving), а термопомпата подобрява енергийната ефективност на сградната инсталация. Основни дейности: проектиране; доставка и монтаж на PV модули, инвертор(и), носещи конструкции и защитна апаратура; интеграция на високоволтови батерии с BMS и енергиен мониторинг (EMS); свързване към вътрешната НН-мрежа; функционални изпитвания, въвеждане в експлоатация и обучение на персонала.

Очаквани резултати: намалени енергийни разходи и въглероден отпечатък; по-висок дял на ВЕИ в крайното потребление; по-голяма енергийна независимост и оперативна устойчивост на базата; съответствие с целите на процедурата за енергийна ефективност и използване на ВЕИ в предприятията.
