Description

The current project consists of the construction and installation of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity for own needs with a total installed marginal capacity of 65 kWp. The photovoltaic power plant will be installed on the roof of the new wing of the existing building in the village of Vakarel, Ihtiman Municipality, located at 19 "Peyo Yavorov" Street, where we provide the social service "Resident Care" at the "St. George" Residence. The photovoltaic power plant will heat all rooms and premises in the newly built wing with a total area of ​​3,000 sq m. Due to the nature of primary energy, the photovoltaic power plant will operate during daylight hours (daytime). To build the photovoltaic power plant, 104 photovoltaic panels with a power of 620 Wp will be required. The panels will be located on the roof of the new wing of the building and will be connected to one issue 50 kV hybrid inverter. To store electricity, 16 batteries with a capacity of 5.12 kWh, or similar, will be needed. A supporting structure will be delivered and installed: a/ DS part - delivery and installation and b/ AC part - delivery and installation.
An integral part of the total investment will be the project documentation - Design Solution - Structural part and Design Solution - Electrical part with drawings and installation instructions.
