Description

Brief description 
Настоящият проект се състои в изграждане и монтаж на фотоволтаична електроцентрала за производство на ел.енергия за собствени нужди с обща инсталирана пределна мощност от 65 kWp. Фотоволтаичната електроцентрала ще бъде монтирана върху покрива на новото крило на съществуващата сграда в с. Вакарел, община Ихтиман, намираща се на ул. "Пейо Яворов" №19, където предоставяме социална услуга „Резидентна  грижа“ в Резиденция „Свети Георги“. Фотоволтаичната електроцентрала ще отоплява всички стаи и помещения в новопостроеното крило с обща площ от 3000 кв. м. Поради естеството на първичната енергия, фотоволтаичната електроцентрала ще работи  през светлата част на денонощието (деня). За изграждане на фотоволтаичната електроцентрала ще са необходими 104 броя фотоволтаични панели с мощност 620 Wp. Панелите ще бъдат разположени върху  покрива на новото крило на сградата, като ще бъдат свързани към 1 брой 50 kV хибриден инвертор. За съхранение на ел. енергията ще са необходими 16 броя батерии с мощност 5,12 kWh, или аналогично. Ще бъде доставена и монтирана носеща конструкция: а/ DS част- доставка и монтаж и б/ АС част – доставка и монтаж. Неразделна част от общата инвестиция ще бъде и проектната документация- Проектно решение- част Конструкции и Проектно решение- част Електро с чертежи и указания за монтаж.
