TONEVI-T Ltd. is a construction company that provides a wide range of services related to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and facilities. The company is focused on sustainable development, the implementation of modern technologies, and the improvement of operational efficiency in all its activities. The project “Investment in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Technologies for the Sustainable Development of TONEVI-T Ltd.” aims to improve the company’s energy efficiency and reduce energy costs through the implementation of modern, environmentally sustainable solutions in its administrative building. Within the scope of the project, it is planned to supply and install a high-efficiency air-to-water heat pump system for heating and cooling, as well as to construct a rooftop photovoltaic power plant (PV system) that will generate electricity entirely for self-consumption. The combination of these two technologies will lead to a significant reduction in energy consumption from external sources, increased energy independence, and higher efficiency of energy processes within the company. The implementation of this investment will contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions, substantial decrease in annual operating costs, improvement of the indoor microclimate and working conditions in the administrative building, and overall enhancement of the sustainability and competitiveness of TONEVI-T Ltd., in line with national and European policies for energy efficiency and economic decarbonization.
