Description

Brief description 
ТОНЕВИ-Т ООД е предприятие, развиващо дейност в областта на строителството, което предлага цялостни услуги, свързани с изграждане, ремонт и поддръжка на сгради и съоръжения. Фирмата се стреми към устойчиво развитие, прилагане на модерни технологии и повишаване на ефективността на своите процеси.

Проектът „Инвестиция в енергийна ефективност и ВЕИ технологии за устойчиво развитие на ТОНЕВИ-Т ООД“ е насочен към подобряване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на енергийните разходи на предприятието чрез внедряване на съвременни, екологично устойчиви решения в административната му сграда.

В рамките на проекта се предвижда доставка и монтаж на високоефективна термопомпена система тип „въздух–вода“ за отопление и охлаждане, както и изграждане на фотоволтаична електрическа централа (ФтЕЦ) на покрива на сградата, която ще произвежда електроенергия изцяло за собствени нужди. Комбинацията от двете технологии ще позволи значително намаляване на енергопотреблението от външни източници, повишаване на енергийната независимост и постигане на по-висока ефективност на енергийните процеси в предприятието.

Реализацията на инвестицията ще допринесе за намаляване на въглеродните емисии, съществено редуциране на годишните експлоатационни разходи, подобряване на микроклимата и условията на труд в административната сграда, както и за повишаване на устойчивостта и конкурентоспособността на ТОНЕВИ-Т ООД в съответствие с националните и европейските цели за енергийна ефективност и декарбонизация на икономиката.
