The project of "Fiscom 33" Ltd., an enterprise with main economic activity retail trade in computers, peripheral devices and software in specialized stores (KID 2008: 47.41), is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and improving the energy performance of a warehouse used for the needs of the company's activities. The main objective of the project is to reduce energy costs and improve the microclimate in the building, by implementing measures for insulation and replacing outdated elements of the building envelope. The following main investments are envisaged within the framework of the project: 1. Laying external thermal insulation of expanded polystyrene (EPS) on the facade walls of the warehouse: This measure will reduce heat loss through the enclosing structures, improve the energy performance of the building and contribute to a more stable internal microclimate throughout the year. 2. Replacing the existing window frames with highly efficient PVC window frames with triple glazing: The new window frames will provide better insulation, prevent heat loss and increase the overall energy efficiency of the building. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in energy consumption, optimization of operating costs and a reduction in the carbon footprint of the enterprise. The measures are in line with national and European policies for energy efficiency and sustainable use of resources, and will ensure better storage conditions, as well as higher competitiveness of the company.
