Description

Brief description 
Проектът на „Фиском 33“ ЕООД, предприятие с основна икономическа дейност търговия на дребно с компютри, периферни устройства и софтуер в специализирани магазини (КИД 2008: 47.41), е насочен към повишаване на енергийната ефективност и подобряване на енергийните характеристики на сграда за склад и логистика, използвана за нуждите на дейността на дружеството.
Основната цел на проекта е намаляване на енергийните разходи и подобряване на микроклимата в сградата, чрез прилагане на мерки за изолация и подмяна на остарели елементи на сградната фасада.

В рамките на проекта се предвиждат следните основни инвестиции:

1. Полагане на външна топлоизолация от експандиран полистирен (EPS) по фасадните стени на складовото хале:
Тази мярка ще намали топлинните загуби през ограждащите конструкции, ще подобри енергийните характеристики на сградата и ще допринесе за по-стабилен вътрешен микроклимат през цялата година.

2. Подмяна на съществуващата дограма с високоефективна PVC дограма с троен стъклопакет:
Новата дограма ще осигури по-добра изолация, ще предотврати топлинните загуби и ще повиши общата енергийна ефективност на сградата.

Реализирането на проекта ще доведе до значително намаляване на енергийната консумация, оптимизация на експлоатационните разходи и намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък на предприятието.
Мерките са в съответствие с националните и европейските политики за енергийна ефективност и устойчиво използване на ресурсите, като ще осигурят по-добри условия за съхранение, както и по-висока конкурентоспособност на дружеството.
