Planning region: All

Description

The project proposal aims to improve the energy efficiency of a commercial site owned by DIZMA - IVANOV & SONS Ltd., located in the town of Smolyan – a priority region in terms of regional sustainable development policy. The main objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption and the carbon footprint by replacing and implementing modern, energy-efficient technologies and systems.

The project foresees the installation of the following equipment and facilities:
1. Energy-saving lighting fixtures, including:
- Linear luminaires - 40W, suitable for uniform and efficient lighting of commercial areas;
- Panels and downlights - 40W, providing comfortable and efficient indoor lighting with lower electricity consumption.
2. Air-to-air heat pump systems, including:
- Heat pump with a capacity of 14 kW - intended for smaller rooms and zones with lower heating/cooling demands;
- Heat pump with a capacity of 30 kW - designed for larger areas in the commercial site, ensuring effective year-round climate control.
3. Energy-efficient insulation solutions through the replacement of:
- Transparent building envelope structures - windows and doors with aluminum frames and thermal break, with a total area of 100 sq.m., aimed at reducing heat loss and improving the indoor microclimate.

The expected result from the project implementation is a significant reduction in operational energy costs, improved energy efficiency, and the creation of a more sustainable, comfortable, and environmentally friendly commercial environment. The project will also contribute to the achievement of national and European goals for sustainable energy development and environmental protection.
