Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение цели повишаване на енергийната ефективност в търговски обект на ДИЗМА - ИВАНОВ И СИНОВЕ ЕООД, разположен в гр. Смолян - приоритетен регион с оглед на регионалната политика за устойчиво развитие. Основната цел на проекта е намаляване на енергийното потребление и въглеродния отпечатък чрез подмяна и внедряване на съвременни, енергийно ефективни технологии и системи.

В рамките на проекта се предвижда инсталиране на следното оборудване и съоръжения:
1. Енергоспестяващи осветителни тела, включително:
- Линейни осветители - 40W, подходящи за равномерно и ефективно осветяване на търговски площи;
- Панели и лунички - 40W, осигуряващи комфортна и ефективна вътрешна осветеност с по-нисък разход на електроенергия.
2. Термопомпени системи въздух-въздух, включително:
- Термопомпа с мощност 14 kW - предназначена за по-малки помещения и зони с по-ниска потребност от отопление/охлаждане;
- Термопомпа с мощност 30 kW - за по-големи зони в търговския обект, осигуряваща ефективна климатизация целогодишно.
3. Енергийно ефективни изолационни решения чрез подмяна на:
- Прозрачни ограждащи конструкции - прозорци и врати с алуминиева рамка и прекъснат термомост, с обща площ от 100 кв. м, с цел намаляване на топлинните загуби и подобряване на микроклимата в сградата.

Очакваният резултат от реализацията на проекта е съществено намаляване на оперативните разходи за енергия, подобрена енергийна ефективност и създаване на по-устойчива, комфортна и екологично съобразна търговска среда. Проектът ще допринесе и за изпълнение на националните и европейските цели за устойчиво енергийно развитие и опазване на околната среда.
