The project proposal of "FERIT" EOOD envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed inverter capacity of 30 kW, in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries), designed to meet the company's own energy needs. The investment is aimed at reducing the company's energy costs and carbon footprint, by supporting the transition to sustainable and energy-efficient production. The main activity of the company is the production of woven fence mesh, as well as trade in metal fence elements and accessories (economic activity code 25.93 - Production of wire, chain and spring products). The project will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the company through the use of renewable energy from the sun, as well as compliance with the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment, in accordance with the objectives of the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021–2027. The implementation of the project will ensure more effective management of energy resources, reduced dependence on external electricity suppliers and stability in the production activities of FERIT EOOD.
