The project envisages the implementation of energy-efficient insulation systems in a building owned by "Active invest group" PLtd, which includes offices, storage facilities, and workshops. The main need to be addressed through the project is the reduction of energy losses and the optimization of energy consumption in the building, thereby increasing the company’s competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of its operations. The target groups are the management and administrative staff, the workers using the building, as well as the enterprise as a whole, which will benefit from reduced energy costs and an improved environmental footprint. The expected results include: - improved energy efficiency of the building; - reduction of energy intensity and operational costs; - contribution to decarbonization through lower greenhouse gas emissions; - improved working environment and conditions for employees. The main project activities are: installation of thermal insulation systems on external walls and floors exposed to outside air; replacement of windows and doors with high-efficiency transparent enclosing structures; and installation of a roof insulation system.
