Description

Brief description 
Проектът предвижда внедряване на енергийноефективни изолационни системи в сграда на "Актив инвест груп" ЕООД, която включва офиси, складови помещения и работилници. Основната потребност, която ще бъде удовлетворена чрез изпълнението на проекта, е намаляване на енергийните загуби и оптимизиране на енергийната консумация в сградата, като по този начин ще се повиши конкурентоспособността на предприятието и устойчивостта на неговата дейност.
Целевите групи са управленският и административният персонал, работниците, които използват сградата, както и цялото предприятие, което ще намали разходите си за енергия и ще подобри екологичния си отпечатък.
Очакваните резултати включват: 
- подобрена енергийна ефективност на сградата;
- намаляване на енергийната интензивност и оперативните разходи;
- принос към декарбонизацията чрез понижаване на емисиите на парникови газове;
-  подобряване на работната среда и условията за служителите.
Основните дейности по проекта са: поставяне на топлоизолационни системи на външните стени и подове към външен въздух, подмяна на прозорци и врати с високоефективни прозрачни ограждащи конструкции, както и изпълнение на топлоизолационна система за покрив.
