Simex Ltd. is a construction company based in the city of Shumen, which covers a wide range of activities and services in civil and industrial construction. We operate mainly at a regional level, but we have completed projects in the municipalities of Devnya and Varna. Since the establishment of the company until now, our construction volumes have been constantly increasing, which is a testament to the quality of the services we offer and the management and marketing applied by the management. Our company has already established long-term partnerships with large enterprises and entrepreneurs, who regularly increase the volumes of the assigned work. We own a production hall in which we manufacture blanks for metal structures and reinforcements, as well as other materials necessary for the construction process. We use electricity for heating and cooling the building. To reduce costs and make our business "greener", we will install an energy-efficient insulation system on the roof of the production facility. Reducing heating and cooling costs will lead to increased competitiveness of the company, lower production costs and increased profit margins.
