Description

Brief description 
Симекс ЕООД е базирана в град Шумен строителна фирма, която покрива широк спектър от дейности и услуги в гражданското и промишленото строителство. Оперираме основно на регионално ниво, но имаме изпълнени обекти и на територията на общините Девня и Варна. От създаването на фирмата до сега обемите ни в строителството постоянно нарастват, което е атестат за качеството на предлаганите от нас услуги и за прилагания от ръководството мениджмънт и маркетинг. Непрекъснато инвестираме в нова и съвременна техника и персонал, за да сме конкурентни и да разширим пазарното си покритие. Гъвкави сме и бързо се адаптираме, което е важно предимство пред конкурентите ни. Компанията ни вече има изградени трайни партньорства с големи предприятия и предприемачи, които регулярно увеличават обемите на възложената работа.
Притежаваме производствено хале, в което изработваме заготовки за метални конструкции и армировки, както и други нужни за строителния процес материали. За отопление и охлаждане на сградата използваме електрическа енергия.  За да намалим  разходите и за да направим бизнеса си "по-зелен", ще положим енергийно ефективна изолационна система на покрива на производствената база. 
Намаляването на разходите за отопление и охлаждане ще доведе до повишаване на конкурентоспособността на фирмата, снижаване на производствените разходи и повишаване на нормата на печалба.
