Description

UZUNOV 08" EOOD is a company with many years of experience in the development and management of the hotel business in Bulgaria. The company has a main KID for 2024 55.10 "Hotels and similar places of accommodation" and owns and develops the "St. Panteleimon Beach" hotel in the town of Nessebar. The project envisages investing in replacing depreciated window frames with energy-efficient aluminum window frames - 151.08 sq. m and supplying 3 air-to-water heat pumps for energy-efficient heating. The project proposal will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of the company and will encourage the use of new energy-efficient equipment. The implementation of the project proposal will reduce the carbon footprint and optimize the hotel's energy consumption. The investment envisaged under the procedure will comply with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment and the achievement of climate sustainability, contributing to the ecological transition in the activities of enterprises. The project proposal of "UZUNOV 08" EOOD fully corresponds to the needs of the procedure: promoting the use of energy from heat pumps, improving energy efficiency, transitioning to climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint and optimizing energy consumption.
