Description

Brief description 
"УЗУНОВ 08" ЕООД е дружество с дългогодишен опит в развитието и управлението на хотелския бизнес в България. Фирмата е с основен КИД за 2024 година 55.10 "Хотели и подобни места за настаняване" и притежава  хотел „Свети Пантелеймон бийч”  в гр. Несебър. В проекта е предвидено да се инвестира в подмяна на амортизирана дограма, с енергийно ефективна алуминиева дограма - 151,08 кв. м и да се доставят 3 броя тремопомпи  въздух-вода за енергийно ефективно отопление. Проектното предложение ще допринесе до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на дружеството и ще насърчи използването на ново енергийно ефективно оборудване.Реализирането на проектното предложение ще намали въглеродния отпечатък и ще оптимизира енергийната консумация на хотела. Предвидената инвестициятпо процедурата ще e съобразенa с изискванията на принципа за „ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ върху околната среда и постигането на климатична устойчивост, допринасяйки за екологичния преход в дейността на предприятията. Проектното предложение на "УЗУНОВ 08" ЕООД изцяло кореспондира с нуждите на процедурата: насърчаване използването на енергия от термопомпи, подобряване на енергийната ефективност, преход към климатична неутралност чрез намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък и оптимизиране на енергийната консумация.
