The investment proposal envisages the construction of a local facility for storing electrical energy with a capacity of 50.0 kW and a capacity of 100.0 kWh to an existing photovoltaic power plant, located on the roof of a building in a land plot with identifier 68134.503.5908, with an administrative address in Sofia, Serdika Municipality, Benkovski Quarter, 25 Oralitsa Street. The photovoltaic power plant has been built, put into operation and connected to the electricity distribution network, with an installed capacity of 50.0 kW. The local storage facility will have an operational capacity of 100.0 kWh and a capacity of 50.0 kW, with the possibility of charging and discharging for a duration of up to two hours. It will operate at a frequency of 50 Hz, low voltage and three-phase mode. The facility will be located in a modular cabinet on a concrete foundation, in which battery modules, a converter, a control system, cooling and fire protection will be integrated. To achieve efficiency, an energy management system is planned, which will ensure monitoring, management and optimization of energy flows through real-time data collection, processing and visualization. The implementation of the project will allow for better management of the generated electricity, optimization of consumption and costs, limitation of energy losses and increase of energy independence. The project contributes to reducing the carbon footprint and is in line with national and European priorities for green transformation and sustainable development.
