Description

Brief description 
Инвестиционното предложение предвижда изграждане на локално съоръжение за съхранение на електрическа енергия с мощност 50,0 kW и капацитет 100,0 kWh към съществуваща фотоволтаична електроцентрала, разположена върху покрив на сграда в поземлен имот с идентификатор 68134.503.5908, с административен адрес гр. София, община Сердика, кв. „Бенковски“, ул. „Оралица“ №25. Фотоволтаичната електроцентрала е изградена, въведена в експлоатация и присъединена към електроразпределителната мрежа, с инсталирана мощност 50,0 kW. Локалното съоръжение за съхранение ще бъде с оперативен капацитет 100,0 kWh и мощност 50,0 kW, с възможност за заряд и разряд с продължителност до два часа. То ще работи при честота 50 Hz, ниско напрежение и трифазен режим. Съоръжението ще бъде разположено в модулен шкаф върху бетонов фундамент, в който ще се интегрират батерийни модули, преобразувател, система за управление, охлаждане и противопожарна защита. За постигане на ефективност е предвидена система за енергиен мениджмънт, която ще осигурява мониторинг, управление и оптимизация на енергийните потоци чрез събиране, обработка и визуализация на данни в реално време. Реализацията на проекта ще позволи по-добро управление на произведената електроенергия, оптимизация на потреблението и разходите, ограничаване на енергийните загуби и повишаване на енергийната независимост. Проектът допринася за намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък и е в съответствие с националните и европейските приоритети за зелена трансформация и устойчиво развитие.
