The project envisages the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency and use renewable energy sources in an existing building, which is used for production activities - a bakery. The building was built in the 1980s and no renovation or energy renovation activities have been carried out to date. The main investments under the project include: Construction of a photovoltaic system (panels with inverters) with a capacity of 95 kW to cover its own electricity consumption; Laying thermal insulation on external walls and floors to outside air using TI plates; Insulation of part of the ceiling with sandwich panels; Replacement of old joinery with new PVC joinery and an external door with improved thermal insulation characteristics. The project will contribute to a significant reduction in energy costs, improvement of the internal microclimate and the working environment, as well as to the reduction of carbon emissions. It is in line with EU policies for sustainable development, decarbonization and energy efficiency in small and medium-sized businesses.
