Description

Brief description 
Проектът предвижда внедряване на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност и използване на възобновяеми енергийни източници в съществуваща сграда, в която се осъществява производствена дейност – пекарна. Сградата е строена през 80-те години и до момента не са извършвани дейности по саниране или енергийно обновяване.
Основните инвестиции по проекта включват:
Изграждане на фотоволтаична система ( панели с инвертори) с мощност 95 kW за покриване на собственото електропотребление;
Полагане на топлоизолация по външни стени и подове към външен въздух чрез ТИ плочи;
Изолиране на част от  тавана със сандвич панели;
Подмяна на стара  дограма с нова PVC дограма и външна врата с подобрени топлоизолационни характеристики.

Проектът ще допринесе за значително намаляване на енергийните разходи, подобряване на вътрешния микроклимат и работната среда, както и за редуциране на въглеродните емисии. Той е в съответствие с политиките на ЕС за устойчиво развитие, декарбонизация и енергийна ефективност в малкия и среден бизнес.
