FILKO 1 Ltd. is engaged in the production of metal products and metal products. We work with high-performance machines that require significant power supply and energy capacity. We currently have an installed capacity of ERP under a contract for 15 kW. We actually reach 105,000 kWh of consumption per year, and this capacity allows only 2 or 3 of our available machines to be turned on and operated at the same time, which is insufficient for the volume of orders we have. Therefore, under this project, we envisage the construction of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) for own consumption (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant) with a total installed capacity of 90 kWp, inverters with 90 kW output (nominal) active power and storage batteries with a capacity of 120 kWh, with which we expect to achieve: - Reduction of electricity costs by 90% - Expected savings of about 28,000 BGN/year - Improved energy independence from market changes - Possibility to expand the machine park and increase production capacity (practically there will be capacity for simultaneous operation of 5-6 machines) - Possibility to take on more orders from new customers, which may also lead to the need to double the number of hired staff in the company - both in the production part and in the commercial and administrative part of the company
