Description

Brief description 
Фирма ФИЛКО 1 ЕООД се занимава с производство на метални изделия и метални продукти. Работим с високопроизводителни машини, които изискват значително електрозахранване и енергомощности. В момента имаме инсталирана мощност от ЕРП по договор за 15 kW. Реално достигаме до 105 000 kWh потребление на година, като тази мощност позволява едновременно да се включат и да работят само 2 или 3 от наличните ни машини, което е недостатъчно за обема от поръчки, който имаме.

Затова по настоящия проект предвиждаме изграждане на Фотоволтаична електрическа централа (ФтЕЦ) за собствено отребление (включваща соларни панели, инвертори, батерии и други компоненти, необходими за функциониране на централата) с обща инсталирана мощност от 90 kWp, инвертори с 90 kW изходяща (номинална) активна мощност и батерии за съхранение с капацитет 120 kWh, с което очакваме да постигнем:
- Намаляване на разходите за електроенергия с 90%
- Очаквана икономия от около 28 000 лв./годишно
- Подобрена енергийна независимост от пазарните промени
- Възможност за разширяване на машинния парк и увеличаване на производствения капацитет (практически ще има капацитет за едновременна работа на 5-6 машини)
- Възможност за поемане на повече поръчки от нови клиенти, което може да доведе и до нужда от двойно увеличаване на наетия персонал във фирмата – както в производствената част, така и в търговско-административната част на фирмата
