The project of Izvora Ltd. aims to increase energy efficiency and improve the accommodation conditions for the company’s employees. The enterprise operates in the field of Restaurant services (NACE 56.10) in Kranevo, Balchik Municipality, where it manages restaurants and a small hotel facility. The company employs both local and foreign seasonal workers, accommodated in two residential buildings that currently lack proper thermal insulation and efficient windows, resulting in high energy costs and poor indoor comfort. The project includes: thermal insulation of external walls, roof insulation, replacement of existing windows with new, energy-efficient models. The planned measures will lead to a significant reduction in energy consumption, lower operating costs, and improved living conditions for employees. The project is fully in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy efficiency and renewable energy in enterprises”, contributing to the green transition, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable development, in compliance with the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle.
