Description

Brief description 
Проектът на „Извора“ ООД е насочен към повишаване на енергийната ефективност и подобряване на условията за настаняване на персонала на дружеството, което осъществява основна дейност по КИД 56.10 – „Ресторантьорство“ в с. Кранево, община Балчик.

Компанията управлява ресторанти и хотелска част в популярния морски курорт и целогодишно наема работници, включително и от трети страни. За тях са обособени две къщи за настаняване, които са енергийно неефективни и водят до високи разходи за отопление и електроенергия.

С цел намаляване на енергопотреблението и подобряване на микроклимата, проектът предвижда изпълнение на следните мерки:

полагане на топлоизолация на външни стени;

изолация на покривните конструкции;

подмяна на дограмата с енергийно ефективна.

Инвестицията ще доведе до съществено намаляване на топлинните загуби, оптимизиране на разходите за енергия и повишаване на комфорта на служителите, като същевременно ще подобри енергийния профил и устойчивостта на дружеството.

Проектът напълно съответства на целите на процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004, насочена към ускоряване на енергийния преход, намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък и насърчаване на устойчивото развитие в българските предприятия, в съответствие с принципа „ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ (DNSH).
