"Ana Bela 1" Ltd. operates in the tourist industry through the management of the three-story hotel "Divata Patitsa" in the village of Ezerec. The hotel has high and continuous electricity consumption required for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, elevator operation, maintenance of auxiliary facilities, and service equipment. The project proposal envisages the construction of a rooftop photovoltaic system with a capacity of 50 kW for self-consumption, combined with an energy storage system that will cover peak loads and ensure the balanced use of the generated energy. The investment will lead to reduced electricity costs, optimized energy consumption, a lower carbon footprint, and greater energy independence. Through this project, the hotel will achieve higher efficiency, resilience to fluctuations in energy markets, and improved competitiveness in the tourist sector, in line with national and European goals for the energy transition and climate neutrality. The investment is consistent with the principle of "do no significant harm" to the environment and supports the achievement of national objectives in the field of energy efficiency. The project proposal is also in line with the principles of equality, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities for all. As a result of the project’s implementation, "Ana Bela 1" Ltd. will achieve significant energy savings, increase its competitiveness, and create the conditions for long-term sustainable growth.
