Description

Brief description 
"Ана Бела 1“ ООД развива дейност в сектор  хотелиерство , чрез управление на триетажния хотел „Дивата патица“ в с. Езерец, . Хотелът е с високо и непрекъснато потребление на електроенергия, необходимо за отопление, вентилация, климатизация, осветление, работа на асансьор , поддръжка на спомагателни съоръжения и обслужващото оборудване. 

Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на покривна фотоволтаична система с мощност 50 kW за собствено потребление, комбинирана със система за съхранение на енергия, която ще покрива пиковите натоварвания и ще осигурява балансирано използване на произведената енергия. Инвестицията ще доведе до намаляване на разходите за електроенергия, оптимизация на енергийната консумация, ограничаване на въглеродния отпечатък и по-голяма енергийна независимост. Чрез нея хотелът ще постигне по-висока ефективност, устойчивост спрямо колебанията на енергийните пазари и по-добра конкурентоспособност на туристическия пазар, в съответствие с националните и европейските цели за енергиен преход и климатична неутралност.

Инвестицията е съобразена с принципа за „ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ върху околната среда и подкрепя постигането на националните цели в областта на енергийната ефективност. Проектното предложение е в унисон и с принципите на равнопоставеност и равни възможности за всички. В резултат от изпълнението на проекта "Ана Бел 1“ ООД ще постигне значителни енергийни спестявания, ще повиши конкурентоспособността си и ще осигури условия за дългосрочен устойчив растеж.
