The project "Energy-Efficient and Sustainable Modernization of the Warehouse and Administrative Facility of STUKO Ltd." aims to improve the company’s energy efficiency and optimize its energy consumption through the implementation of thermal insulation measures for the building. The investment concerns a five-storey reinforced concrete building used for the storage of construction equipment, materials, and tools, as well as for administrative and logistics activities. Within the project, an energy-efficient insulation system will be implemented on the external façade walls and the floor exposed to outdoor air, using high-density EPS insulation boards, reinforced and protective layers, and a final decorative façade coating. The investment will contribute to reducing heat losses, improving the indoor microclimate, decreasing heating and cooling costs, and limiting greenhouse gas emissions. The expected energy savings will result in significant resource efficiency and a lower carbon footprint for the company. The project is fully aligned with the objectives of Procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises”, supporting STUKO Ltd. in achieving greater sustainability, competitiveness, and environmental responsibility in its operations.
