Description

Brief description 
Проектът „Енергийно ефективна и устойчива модернизация на складово-административната база на „Стуко“ ЕООД“ има за цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност и оптимизиране на енергийните разходи на предприятието чрез изпълнение на мерки за топлинно саниране на сградата.

Обект на интервенция е пететажна масивна сграда, използвана за съхранение на строителна техника, материали и оборудване, както и за административна и логистична дейност. В рамките на проекта се предвижда изпълнение на енергийно ефективна изолационна система на външните фасадни стени и пода към външен въздух, чрез полагане на топлоизолационни плочи от EPS с висока плътност, армиращи и защитни слоеве и крайна фасадна мазилка.

Инвестицията ще допринесе за намаляване на топлинните загуби, подобряване на микроклимата, намаляване на разходите за отопление и охлаждане, както и за ограничаване на емисиите на парникови газове. Очаква се общото енергоспестяване да доведе до значителна икономия на ресурси и по-нисък въглероден отпечатък.

Проектът е в пълно съответствие с целите на процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004 „Енергийна ефективност и използване на енергия от възобновяеми източници в предприятията“, като ще подпомогне „Стуко“ ЕООД да постигне по-висока устойчивост, конкурентоспособност и екологична отговорност в дейността си.
