Description

This project provides for the construction and commissioning of a rooftop PV power plant (PV modules with inverters) for self-consumption at the leased production site of “STIIL PERFECT” Ltd. in Asenovgrad. The investment is sized at 150 kW output (nominal) active inverter power (AC) and is aligned with the energy profile of the company’s core activity under NACE 24.33, operated on a three-shift schedule. The solution targets higher energy efficiency, a greater share of renewable energy for self-consumption, and cost stabilization during daytime peak operation, without changing the building’s intended use.

The scope covers design, delivery, installation, configuration, testing and start-up, all required construction works, mounting structures, DC/AC protections, measuring and safety devices, earthing and lightning protection, as well as staff training. Energy monitoring and KPI-based control are envisaged-generated kWh, self-consumption share, specific kWh per tonne of output, performance ratio, etc.- together with a preventive maintenance and cleaning plan to sustain performance. The system will be installed on an existing roof at the leased site under an established building right and executed in full compliance with structural and electrical requirements, grid connection conditions, and usage rights.

Expected effects include a substantial reduction in grid purchases during daytime hours, lower energy intensity for key processes (cutting, bending, welding), a more predictable cost base, and an improved ESG profile for clients and partners. The investment fully complies with procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and the PCIP 2021-2027 priorities, as well as the List of Eligible Assets (Annex 4.1, item 14 “Photovoltaic panels in combination with inverter(s)”). Implementation delivers the best balance between expected costs and benefits for the enterprise through a sustainable increase in energy efficiency and the share of RES for self-consumption.
