The project proposal of ELEKTROTECHNIKA-95 Ltd. aims to increase energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint through the implementation of modern energy-saving technologies and renewable energy sources. The company plans to install two high-efficiency water-to-water heat pumps, each with a capacity of 50 kW, which will ensure sustainable and cost-effective heating and cooling of the company’s commercial facility. To secure energy consumption and reduce operating costs, a photovoltaic power plant will be built with an inverter capacity of 40 kW and an energy storage battery of the same capacity. The plant will be intended to cover the building’s own needs and to compensate for the energy required for the operation of the heat pump systems. This will ensure a significant reduction in electricity costs and provide independence from external energy sources. The project will be implemented in a building with a total floor area of 365.17 sq.m., owned by ELEKTROTECHNIKA-95 Ltd., with the status of a commercial site, where all the company’s available equipment and technology are located. The investment will result in a substantial improvement in the building’s energy efficiency, optimization of energy flows, and the introduction of sustainable energy management practices.
