Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение на ЕЛЕКТРОТЕХНИКА-95 ООД има за цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък чрез внедряване на модерни енергоспестяващи технологии и възобновяеми енергийни източници. Дружеството планира да инсталира две високоефективни термопомпи тип вода–вода, всяка с мощност от 50 kW, които ще осигурят устойчиво и икономично отопление и охлаждане на търговския обект на фирмата.

За да се обезпечи енергийното потребление и да се намалят оперативните разходи, ще бъде изградена фотоволтаична електроцентрала с инверторна мощност 40 kW и акумулаторна батерия със същия капацитет. Централата ще бъде предназначена за покриване на собствените нужди на обекта и за компенсиране на енергията, необходима за работата на термопомпените системи. Това ще гарантира значително редуциране на разходите за електроенергия и ще осигури независимост от външни енергийни източници.

Проектът се реализира в сграда със застроена площ от 365,17 кв.м., собственост на ЕЛЕКТРОТЕХНИКА-95 ООД, със статут на търговски обект, където е разположена цялата налична техника и оборудване на компанията. Чрез изпълнението на инвестицията ще се постигне съществено подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградата, оптимизация на енергийните потоци и внедряване на устойчиви практики за управление на енергията.
